Amy L. Petersen serves as a Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker (PC/DM) in many high-conflict cases.  As a PC/DM, Amy serves as a neutral third party who assists parties in the resolution of disputes so they are not forced to go to Court to resolve every single dispute that arises.

Either party can motion for a Parenting Coordinator/Decision-Maker (PC/DM) to be appointed on their case.  The Court can act on its own to appoint a Parenting Coordinator, but both parties must agree to the appointment of a Decision-Maker.
