Mediation allows families to retain control over decisions that directly impact their lives while reducing conflict. Whenever possible, parties are guided toward solutions that serve the best interests of the children and avoid unnecessary expense.

To make the process accessible and efficient, the following cost-effective mediation packages are offered:

• Two-Hour Mediation Package Two-hour session, along with drafting of agreements and necessary documents: $500 

• Half-Day Mediation Package Up to four hours of mediation, including drafting of agreements and necessary documents: $900 

• Full-Day Mediation Package Up to eight hours of mediation for more complex matters, including drafting of agreements and necessary documents: $1,700 

• Follow-Up / Additional Time Additional mediation time billed hourly, as needed to finalize agreements
